Step 1:

Long-press the "M" button to turn on the device. The default setting is red light (630nm + 660nm) only on the lowest light setting.

Step 2:

Short-press the "M" button once to choose red light (630nm + 660nm) plus infrared light (850nm), or twice to choose infrared only.

Step 3:

Short-press the "E" button once to increase the light intensity to level 2 or twice to increase it to level 3.

Step 4:

Sit back and relax - the device will turn off automatically when the 5 minute treatment time is complete!

For the SoGlow Pro+ and Ultra+ masks, press M to choose your colour, E to choose your intensity , T+ and T- to select duration and NIR to add near infrared to your treatment.

Step 4:

Sit back and relax! The device will automatically shut off once the treatment is complete.

Follow up with your chosen skincare products.

Pick up two adhesive patches and peel off one side of the protective film before sticking to the pods. You can also apply the pods directly to the eye but in this case you will need to apply a conductive EMS gel beforehand and remain lying down during the treatment .

Step 3:

Long-press the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the device.

Step 4:

Remove the protective film on the other side of the pod and apply the pod to your under-eye. Choose your preferred setting (1 press = red light only, 2 presses = red light + mild EMS, 3 presses = red light + moderate EMS, 4 presses = red light + strong EMS)

Step 5:

The pods will turn off automatically once the treatment is complete. Leave the adhesive patch on the pod and stick the protective film back onto the side which was applied to your face. The adhesive patches can be re-used multiple times, and more can be purchased from our shop.
